Life is not easy, it is often painful, unfair and cruel.
This blog that I created in memory of those I lost and that I try to honor in the secret of my heart, is a place of comfort for all those who have suffered a loss or separation. One of his guidelines is that everyone can find his way regardless of his belief, whatever his religion. His mind is in the communication of a human to another human, a soul to another soul.


In order to try to bring you help and support during the painful times that you are going through, I want to share with you my knowledge in the field of helping relationship, accompaniment, suicide and mourning, knowledge that I have acquired not only through my personal background but also through specific training and support for the bereaved, suicidal and end of life.

May this blog mitigate your emotional loneliness through the feeling of shared grief.
